So YOU Can Do What YOU Love!

Are you an Entrepreneur, Executive or Salesperson who just has too much to do and not enough time to do it?

Is all the paperwork, documentation, billing and customer hand-holding getting in the way of the fun stuff?
Do you have so many things that need to get done, that you don't get to do the stuff you love to do?
Are your kids picking up your bad habits, or worse, have you forgotten what they look like?
Is the drama just too much? Overwhelmed?

I didn't think so.

  • Automate your sales processes and enter and manage new leads?
  • Create sales agreements and other business documents that are easy to use?
  • Manage the contact management database for you?
  • Manage process new sales and cover all the bases?

Imagine having a resource who:

  • Has been an Engineer for twenty years and has the technical skills to support your work
  • Has great social skills
  • Can collaborate with you about marketing ideas
  • Can be a sounding board for the frustrations
  • Can keep your customers happy
  • Can edit your website
  • Can provide customer support (including technical support) to keep them happy
  • Can do your billing for you
  • Can manage your schedule

Well, that's where Your Left Hand Man comes in.

So, what does that mean?

Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

Over the years, I've learned different skills and have had different careers that have broought me to this place.

I studied nuclear physics and became an Electrical Engineer.
I lived in Israel and studied about Israel and the Middle East.
I did digital circuit design and found that I liked working with people more.
I was a Technical Support Engineer, solving customer problems from all over the world.
I was a Product/Project Engineer, helping engineers successfully bring their designs into production.
I was a Configuration Engineer helping a company with expensive, quickly evolving products, make sure they accurately kept track of their changes.
I was a process engineer, helping companies develop and manage business processes so they could run more efficiently and focus on the main part of their business.

Over the years, I had noticed that, in the Engineering world, including me, people spent a lot of time arguing and being upset instead of actually communicating.  I had many times where I had good ideas that I couldn't effectively communicate to others (sell) because I thought like an engineer: "I have a good design. I should just explain it and people should understand it and agree."

So, realizing that this wasn't working for me, I took time away from the Engineering world, and I started studying and teaching and working with people at a more human level.

I was blessed to find out about, study, and teach, the process called Nonviolent Communication™.  Don't let the name fool you.  It is a way of communicating that brings humanity back into the dialog and into both business and personal lives.  It is a very powerful way for people to clarify what they want, what others want and to resolve and prevent conflict.

Yet, I still wanted more.  I found that, for me, and others, being clear about what I wanted, didn't necessarily drive action.  Clarity about things had to somehow be woven into our busy days, in order for them to take hold in our lives.

During this time, I found out about coaching and a light went on.  In Nonviolent Communication, I could quickly help people become clear about what they wanted, and with coaching, I could help them to get it.

So, I started working with clients, teaching them communications and coaching them to achieve their goals.

During my own period of introspection, I noticed that I was more motivated to help others than to create my own brand; I enjoyed being the assistant, who you could call on for most anything to help you succeed.   I could join in to your vision, and help you along.

So, that's when I realized that I am good at providing an eclectic way of consulting that mixes, engineering, project management, process development, technical support, communications training, and coaching, that helps Salespeople, Entrepreneurs, and Executives be more effective by being their outside, independent, objective, go-to guy to help them achieve what they want.

And that is what I have to offer you!
